Refund policy.
Simple expectations for paid diagnostics, fixed builds and monthly care.
- Audit fees are generally non-refundable once review work has started.
- 7-Day Kit deposits cover reserved delivery time, planning and build work and may not be refundable after work starts.
- If Local Lift Studio cannot begin the agreed work, Daniel may offer a refund or reschedule.
- Monthly care is paid at the start of the month and covers that cycle's agreed work.
- Out-of-scope work requires written approval before billing.
